EXHIBITOR'S REGISTRATION
Upon your arrival at Colmar Exhibition Centre, please register your company and all the attending persons at the Registration office ( Administration central office, check map). This is where you will withdraw both your exhibitor badge(s) and parking pass(es).
Opening hours of the registration office
9th, 10th November : from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
During the event: from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Exhibitor’s Private Parking
This parking is reserved to all exhibitors having a parking pass. It is located inside the Exhibition Centre, along the eastern side of the building. You will be allowed 1 pass per 9m² stand. Please ensure that your parking badge is visible on your windscreen.
Additional parking badge: 3 € (incl.tax) (please use the order form attached or order directly through our
website).
Badges
Your badges will be available at the registration office as from November 4th. (please use the order form attached or order directly through our website).

You can send us your documents before the event. Please address it (pre-paid postage) at :

Please write legibly : the name of your company, your stand number, hall number and your FAX number, in order to allow the organisers to send you a receipt of acknowledgment. All documents will be handed to you at your stand on the evening preceding the opening of the Fair.
Days and time for receipt of merchandise :
From Monday 7nd to Thursday 8th November 2009 – 8.30AM – noon and 2PM – 6PM
Setting/dismounting of your stand
Setting schedule:
Tuesday, 8th and Wednesday 9th of November : from 8:00AM – noon and 2:00-6:00 PM
Thursday 10th of November: from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Dismounting schedule:
Sunday, 14th of November: from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Monday, 15th of November: from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday, 16th of November: from 8:00AM -noon and 2:00-6:00PM
Setting and dismounting will not be allowed beyond f the above hours
CAUTION: while the mounting and dismounting time, watch out not to leave valuables on your stand. If all or a part of your material (TV, computer, leaflet…)has to be get back later by a third company, please inform us by FAX or by MAIL only. Please indicate on this document: the name of your company, the type and the quantity of material, the name of the company providing this service and the date of removal.
Cleaning of the stand
The stands are cleaned everyday (waste collection and floor cleaning). Please leave an easy access to your stand. Dustbin bags are available at the Administration (Central Office).
Evening happenings
Mark the evening of November 11th in your diary : it’s a special event dedicated to you. The organisers are pleased to invite you to the exhibitor’s reception that will take place from 7.30PM. It will feature the french “Art de Vivre”: traditional cuisine, wines, and orchestras in a friendly atmosphere!.
